 After the 3C fan is installed for a period of time, it is necessary to regularly maintain and protect the fan.

 1. Turn off the main power supply, make corresponding indications, and check whether the 3C fan motor grounding wire is correct.

 2. Detect whether the insulation resistance of the 3C fan motor meets the regulations, and check the main circuit contacts. If the joint is severely damaged (the contact point is worn to one third of the original thickness), the joint should be replaced.

 3. Check and replace the gaskets and sealing fillers between each joint surface.

 4. Adjust the tightness of the 3C fan drive belt, turn the wind wheel by hand, and observe whether there is any shaking in the rotation. Check the screws and couplings of each part, and tighten them.

 5. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the rotating parts to ensure the sensitivity and stability of the coupling and bearing.

 6. Check whether the mechanical opening and closing action of the 3C fan regulation valve is reliable and flexible, and the opening angle mark is clear.

 7. Clean the motor, wind wheel, filter and inside of the casing.

 8. Check whether the components in each remote control point control box are normal.

 9. Manually start the machine to check whether the indicator light, voltage and current meter are normal, whether each part of the 3C fan has abnormal sound, and whether the three-phase current value is balanced.

 10. Start and stop the 3C fan three times in a row, and check whether each point of the fire ventilation equipment remote control is correct and reliable.

 11. Run for two hours, observe whether the motor bearing temperature and motor temperature rise are normal. Ensure the 3C fan works normally.
